CapPlan Daily Management Training

The course gives an introduction to the Daily Management component of the CapPlan Solution.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have attended the following training courses

• Introduction to the CapPlan Solution

Attendees will be required to have access to a PC or Laptop computer.

Maximum Numbers

This course is restricted to a maximum of six attendees per session to allow the trainer to provide ‘hands on’ instruction for our attendees.

Who Should Attend

This course is recommended for those whose roles are involved with the daily planning process. These typically include Planners/Business Analysts, Service Management, Nurse Management, General Management & Charge Nurses.

Objectives

On completion of the training attendees should be able to do the following:

• Know the CapPlan Solution and the role of the Daily Management component
• Interpret the CapPlan Daily report suite
• Review the components of a successful daily bed meeting utilizing the standard CapPlan reports to drive decision making
• Link the CapPlan projections and forecasts
