Media release, 13 August 2010, Emendo Ltd, Christchurch, New Zealand: Within weeks of securing two major multimillion dollar deals with SA Health and WA Health in Australia, Emendo has been awarded a milestone regional deal with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) in Canada. Six hospitals in the Vancouver region will be linked using Emendo’s CapPlan technology to predict inpatient demand and staffing requirements. The new tool will directly benefit patients by increasing their access to an acute care bed.
