Senior Consultant

As a critical member of our consulting team, your sound business acumen and professional disposition is required to ensure our clients receive value from CapPlan solutions.  With a broad understanding of matching staffing and resources to demand, possibly gained from an operations planning or consulting background, your analytical abilities will be matched by your ability to effectively facilitate change within our clients operational environment.  As a member of a focused team, your role will encompass:

  • Representing Emendo as the customer project owner and delivery partner lead contact point
  • Delivery of guidance and training on planning services focused on improving operational performance
  • Directing our analytical team to deliver
  • Working with our clients on "patient flow" and "lean" opportunities identified through our analysis
  • Supporting change management processes that implement the opportunities identified
  • Capturing product requirements from the front line and then facilitating the communication and development with out Analysts and developemtn team to transform these requirements to product features
  • Developing ongoing client relationships with our client's (and partner's) key operational management and staff

Some essential experience and qualifications for this role are:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of the health sector and in particular around operational planning within hospitals, would be a valuable asset to get a running start in this role.
