Data Analyst

As part of our consulting team you will provide the key analysis work required for our client delivery and product development.  With a broad understanding of matching staffing and resources to demand, possibly gained from an operations planning or consulting background, your analytical abilities will be matched by your ability to effectively communicate your findings to a diverse audience.  As a member of a focused team, your role will encompass:

  • Support our Senior Consultants in the delivery of training of planning services
  • Standardising planning processes and converting this to training material, so our clients/partners can be trained to run our solutions with minimal guidance
  • Working with our clients on "patient flow" and "lean" opportunites identified through our analysis
  • Provide product/solution support to our sales team
  • Working on the development of conceptual models for new solutions, which can then be handed over to our development team for productising

  • Analytical and critical evaluation skills
  • Understanding the 80/20 rule in analysis work: ability to come up with pragmatic solutions without over analysising
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of the health sector and in particular around operational planning within hospitals, would be a valuable asset to get a running start in this role.
