The following sections are an overview of the CapPlan Theatre Training Program
Prerequisites
Attendees will be involved in theatre planning. Attendees will need a PC or a Laptop and have an intermediate knowledge of Windows applications such as Excel.
Maximum Numbers
We restrict our courses to a maximum of six attendees per session to allow the trainer to provide ‘hands on’ instruction for our attendees.
Objectives
On completion of all CapPlan Theatre training modules, attendees should be comfortable with the use of CapPlan Theatre software and methodology on a day to day basis.
Theatre Training Modules
This course shows how surgical forecast planning can be optimized. By creating elective schedules and alternative ‘what if’ scenarios you can compare results to your current Theatre plans. Run Confidence Reports and other key Reports so you can make better decisions regarding Theatre Scheduling.
This course will explain how to setup CapPlan Theatre to enable attendees to create the kinds of scenarios shown in Module One.
In this course we train those technical skills needed to operate the CapPlan Theatre Optimiser to automatically generate the optimal theatre sessions and/or activity, given pre-determined targets and resource constraints.
